Pan fried Victorian calamari with lime aioli                                                                                                      

Mushroom aranchini balls with basil pesto mayo                                                          

Moreton bay bug with couscous with mixed vegetables, chorizo oil & balsamic glaze           

Bruschetta with basil pesto, tomato salsa, feta & balsamic glaze with sourdough    

Seared scallops with corn puree and creamy lemon sauce                                            

Crispy pork belly with fry vegetables, glass noodles  and roasted cashews                                                 

 

MAIN

Tuna fillet with pea salsa, horseradish mash, crumb quail eggs and salsa verde         

Osso bucco with jus gras, mash potato, grilled asparagus and turnip                          

Rib fillet with kipfler potato, asparagus, turnip and red wine jus                                   

Grilled gold band snapper, sweet potato puree, wilted spinach, broccolini and hollandaise sauce

Chicken breast skin on with grilled polenta, Truffle sauce, Turnip, Broccolini, and roast pumpkin
