PRIVATE DINNER FUNCTIONS 2017

 

Time: 5:30pm - 10:00pm

Alternate drop - your choice of two items from each relevant course

One course - $40 per person

Two courses - $50 per person

Three courses - $60 per person

 

Entrée 

Pork croquettes, apple/radish slaw, siracha chilli sauce

Seared pacific scallops, corn puree, crispy fennel

Salt/pepper baby squid, wasabi aioli, micro herbs

Twice cooked chicken wings, chimichurri

 

Main

Rib fillet,pommes dauphinoise, green beans, truffled jus

Confit chicken maryland, braised white cabbage, spiced carrot puree

Pan-fried ocean trout, wilted bokchoi, mandarin segments, toasted sesame

Marinated lamb rump, capsicum/pistachio couscous, cumin scented yoghurt

 

Dessert      

Cinnamon dusted churros, sliced banana, chocolate sauce

Chocolate brownie, peanut brittle, vanilla ice cream

Five spice panacotta, green cardamon syrup, fennel leaves

Banoffee style tart, caramelised banana, chocolate shavings

 

Conditions

Exclusive venue hire fee - standard fee of $250 per function

Cakage fee  (if applicable) - $50

$500 deposit required at the time of booking

Final numbers required one week prior to the event
